1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

lj77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, and other major Philippine banks), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) or cryptocurrency equivalent. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though bank transfers may take 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing time. lj77 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and return of deposited funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Maximum withdrawal limits vary based on your VIP level and payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5-30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers are processed within 24 hours.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete account verification (KYC) as described in Section 3.2. You must also meet wagering requirements for any active bonuses before withdrawal is permitted.

lj77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or irregular activity patterns. Such checks may delay processing by up to 72 hours.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

lj77 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. Unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures. lj77 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

lj77 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough requirement") which must be met before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 15x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, or using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of bonuses, reversal of winnings, and account closure.

lj77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any player from promotional offers at our sole discretion.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games on lj77 are provided by licensed third-party software providers and are certified fair by independent testing laboratories including Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) and eCOGRA. Random Number Generators (RNG) used in all games are regularly audited to ensure truly random and unpredictable outcomes.

• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns, or strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Money Laundering: Using lj77 services to launder money, finance illegal activities, or conduct transactions on behalf of third parties.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to use lj77 services if you are under 21 years of age.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access other users' accounts, hacking, or interfering with lj77 systems or security measures.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, lj77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of lj77 services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lj77 account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting lj77 customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to verification and wagering requirements. lj77 is not responsible for balances left in closed accounts.

• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed and balances forfeited after notification)
• Request from regulatory authorities or law enforcement

Upon suspension or closure, lj77 will conduct a final account review. Any remaining balance may be returned to you after deduction of applicable charges, fees, or amounts owed to lj77, provided there is no evidence of Terms violations. If violations are found, funds may be forfeited entirely.

9.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

lj77 is committed to responsible gaming. If you feel you have a gambling problem or need a break from gambling, you may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of lj77 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact lj77 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on lj77.cam, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and trademarks, is the property of lj77 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use lj77 services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
